For the purposes of this document, ADL, the owner of the e-shop.eu, will be referred to as a Provider and each Customer - Recipient.
You can order on elook.eu in a few easy steps. We will process and deliver your order as soon as possible. When you successfully complete your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the total amount of the order and ordered products. You will also receive an electronic notification when the shipment is sent by courier. Please note that orders made before 2 p.m. are processed the same business day. Orders made later will be processed on the next business day
Any product ordered from the elook.eu website is delivered using a third party - a courier. The provider choose the courier, at its sole discretion. The delivery time and the starting point from which it runs is set for each product individually at the conclusion of the contract of sale.
The customer receives an email to an email address specified by him, indicating the status of the order (accepted for processing, preparing, transmitted to courier). Delivery cost is according to the tariff of the chosen courier service.
In the usual practice, ordered item is delivered to the country within 3 working days, not including weekends and holidays.Under certain unforeseen circumstances, the Provider reserves the right to set a longer period, for which he promptly informs the Recipient.
The duration and cost of cross-border delivery depends on the location of the Recipient and may vary depending on the services provided by the courier organization. If this type of delivery arise customs and / or tax liabilities in the country of the Recipient, it is entirely on his account.
In case that the Provider has not set a delivery time, the delivery time of the ordered items is 7 calendar days from the day following the order through the e-shop site. In the event that the Provider is unable to fulfill the contract because he does not have the ordered goods or for other reasons, he is obliged to notify the Recipient and reimburse the amounts paid by him within 7 calendar days from the date on which the Provider should have fulfilled his obligation under the contract.
Obligations to pay for additional services such as redirection of a shipment, fixed time to visit, a request for another visit by courier or change a wrong provided address, etc. shall be settled between the Recipient and courier.
You can choose cash payment on delivery, payment by credit/debit card or by PayPal. Depending on your preferred method, you will receive additional instructions if necessary.
Cash on delivery:
Cash on delivery is payment upon receipt of delivery (in cash to the courier made the delivery, or to an employee in the courier's office). It is required to pay the full value indicated in the completed order email. Possibly this option may not be available for some cross-border deliveries.
Payment by credit/debit card:
Online payment is made by credit or debit card - under secure and safe conditions. For the correct execution of the transaction, via VPT (Virtual POS terminal), you must provide the credit / debit card code (all numbers of the four groups on the card face, no spaces), the expiration date and the last three or four digits printed on the back of the card with your signature (depending on the card, they may be missing). Regardless of the currency you have in your account, the transactions are effected in BGN leva according to the current exchange rate set by your bank, and according to the terms of the card. When paying via VPT, the processing of your card data is performed only by the servers of the servicing bank. We do not process and store any details of your credit or debit card.
For even better protection, we use one of the most secure and globally recognized payment methods - PayPay. Using the secure PayPal site portal offers quick registration and convenient payment with a PayPal account available through a PayPal account or a bank card associated with that account (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Note that payments through PayPal are made in euro, since PayPal does not accept direct payments in BGN leva. In this aspect, there are 2 possibilities, the conversion being made on the PayPal exchange rate page or on the euro-lev exchange rate of the bank issuing the card. Practice shows that the second option is more preferred.
Terms of Return:
We are confident in the quality of our articles, which is why we provide you with an extended period of 30 calendar days to return the purchased items. You have the right to withdraw from this contract and return the purchased goods, without specifying reasons, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant products. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide us with the following information: Your name, address, bank account, phone number, email address, and information on your decision to cancel the contract with an unambiguous application (such as a letter sent by post , fax or e-mail). To keep the time limit for withdraw, it is sufficient to send your notice on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdraw period and to return the purchased product.
We look forward to returning the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days after the day you informed us of your refusal of this contract, but no later than 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
It is imperative that the purchased products are in perfect condition, with a label, without their original packaging being damaged and not being used. Return is allowed only on products which have not undergone any treatment such as washing, ironing or other procedure to change their original commercial appearance. The goods must be accompanied by their original accessories (belts, brooches, necklaces, etc.) if they were available at the time of their delivery.
The cost of returning the goods is entirely at your expense.
If you cancel this contract, we will refund your bank account, which in any case will not be associated with any additional costs for you. We will do so without undue delay and in any case not later than 7 calendar days from the date we received the returned goods.
In the event that a discrepancy is found to be in our fault, between the ordered and received from you goods, we will reimburse the delivery costs you have made (except for additional costs associated with a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us).
Please keep your cash receipt/payment document. For all exchanges and/or returns, a cash receipt is required.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions for which we will post a notice on elook.eu. All amendments will apply to new contracts concluded after the day the changes take effect.
